Press
“A poignant, subversive study of grief and desire, and the terrible, infantilised loneliness of men without women; it is fiercely acted, and wonderfully shot.”
“As with much of this quietly seismic film, Mike's inner transformation happens minutely, but it reverberates with unmistakable force.”
“A coming-of-age drama that touches delicately on grief and resilience, family and home, queer sexuality and liberating self-discovery.”
“The plotlines coalesce to serve a spooky and gently moving tale of loss, acceptance and the limitations of home.”
